All events begin with a signed agreement and a 50 percent deposit. The deposit must be submitted within 48 hours of booking in order to lock in your date.
Every event starts with a base event rate. Any additional services or special needs such as travel cost, add-on preferences, and more may adjust that starting rate. We’ll always talk through options with you so pricing is clear from the start.
Yes. All event pricing includes the full completion of filming and editing. If your event has unique needs, feel free to reach out so we can explore the best options for you.
We don’t edit events we did not film. This helps us maintain consistent quality and ensures the final product meets our standards.
Of course, you have the option to request your event video broken down into shorter, 30-second clips for social media, or explore our additional content repurposing services to create even more content from your event footage. Both options can be discussed during the booking process, and additional editing fees may apply depending on your request.

Turnaround times depend on the scope of the project. We’ll share an estimated delivery window during the planning process.
